Generating the document

Click Generate Word document (.docx)… (or Ctrl+G) and choose where to save it. Tick Also export PDF to have the machine's Word convert the document right afterwards.

The PDF conversion is done by Word and can take a few minutes on long procedures. The clock in the window shows the work is moving. Cancelling leaves no half-written file. When it finishes, the REC offers to open the document, the PDF or the folder.

The document comes with a cover, an operation identification table, the steps grouped by screen (or by stage, in the complete process) and an expected result line for each step. Review it: it is a suggestion based on the recorded action.
