Reviewing the steps
Once the recording stops, the Documentation tab lists the steps with a thumbnail of each screenshot. Select a step to see it larger.

| Reorder | Drag the step in the list, or use ▲ Move up and ▼ Move down. |
| Remove | Select one or more and use Remove step or the Delete key. Ctrl+Z brings the whole batch back. |
| Fix the wording | Edit it under Step description and click Apply description. |
| Add an instruction | + Add manual step… inserts a step you write yourself after the selected one. |
| Attach a screenshot to a step without one | Capture screen…: the REC hides itself for a moment and photographs the screen. |
| Edit the image | Edit screenshots…, double click the step, or Ctrl+E. |
Good to know
The preview is read-only: no drag alters the screenshot by accident. All image editing happens in the editor, which has undo and restore.
